Description: Chromogranin A is a present wild variety of endocrine tissues including the pituitary, pancreas, hypothalamus, thymus, thyroid, intestine and parathyroid. This antibody is useful when demonstrating co-expression of chromogranin and NSE, which is typical of neuroendocrine neoplasms. Most pituitary adenomas and prolactinomas readily express chromogranin.
