Description: This antibody reacts on a 45 kDa membrane glycoprotein designated as CD23. CD23 can be found on a subpopulation of peripheral blood cells, B lymphocytes, and EBV transformed B lymphoblastoid cell lines. Its expression can be detected on neoplastic cells of B cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia cases.
