Description: Bcl-2 is an important protein during the process of apoptosis. This antibody recognizes the bcl-2 oncoprotein. It shows no cross-reaction with Bcl-x or Bax. Most follicular lymphomas, neoplastic germinal centers express high levels of bcl-2 ?, whereas normal or hyperplastic germinal centers are negative with this antibody.
